Please note, the museum’s elevators are currently undergoing maintenance. Please excuse us for the trouble.
Entry to the museum is free for disabled people and their guest, upon presentation of proof and an ID (photocopies are accepted).
Proof of disability makes it possible for you to cut the line. All you need to do is notify the security guard.
Access to the museum is located at 2 rue du port in Boulogne-Billancourt

Discover the museum
People with physical disabilities
The museum's new buildings are all accessible and have been given PMR approval.
Access ramps and elevators adapted to wheelchair circulation will allow you to discover Albert Kahn's project.
There are mixed toilets for disabled people in the main building, behind the Image Factory and behind the Greenhouse.
The museum provides a cane-seat rental service at the museum reception desk to facilitate your visit.
Seating is available in the garden (French, English, Blue Forest and Vosges) as well as in some areas of the permanent tour.
People with visual disabilities
The Musée Départemental Albert-Kahn is developing tools to assist visitors with tactile and audio description, available on request at the reception desk.
Guide dogs are allowed in the museum and the garden.
We advise you to come with someone to enjoy all the spaces of the garden.
Sensorial visits
Tactile and sensory visits are organized once a month. Touch, hearing and smell are stimulated for these visits which are also open to disabled people.

The reception area and auditorium are equipped with a magnetic loop for visitors with special hearing needs.
